Order in Council 1912/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(1) of Ontario Regulation 333/2023 made under the Development Corporations Act, Janet De Silva of Toronto be appointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Infrastructure Bank to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
