On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4 of the Royal Ontario Museum Act,

Andrew MacLeod of Kitchener

be redesignated as chair of the board of trustees of The Royal Ontario Museum to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding his term as trustee, effective the later of May 1, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made.
