On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, Wesley Sutton of Grimsby be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective February 18, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
