On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 47 (2) of the Crown Employees Collective Bargaining Act, 1993, Matthew Wilson of Whitby be reappointed as part-time chair of the Grievance Settlement Board for a fixed term of three years effective the later of March 15, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
