On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(2) and 4(1) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act,

Gordon Clark, of Coldwater

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective from the date of this Order in Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year from the effective date of this appointment.

Further that pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act, Order in Council numbered O.C. 398/2023 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
