On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21 made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007,

Dolf DeJong of Toronto

be reappointed as a member and re-designated as Vice-Chair of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective from January 27, 2023, or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
