On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Barry Raison of Lyn be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Barry Raison was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of five years, effective October 22, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 942/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 942/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
