On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 8 (1) (j) of The McMaster University Act, 1976,

Alexander Baker of Toronto

be appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of McMaster University for a fixed term of four years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
