On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 640/2025, James David Aspin of North Bay was appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of Invest Ontario for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of the appointment.

And whereas James David Aspin’s appointment has been revoked.

Therefore, pursuant to section 6 of the Invest Ontario Act, 2021, Order in Council 640/2025 is revoked effective the later of April 30, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
