On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John R. Pellettier of Guelph, reappointed by O.C. 1718/2022 as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from his appointment effective April 8, 2026;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1718/2022 be revoked.
