On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Peigi Ross of Toronto be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O. C. 1027/2024 dated July 25, 2024, reappointing Peigi Ross as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
