On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

May 19, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of theSafer Roads and Communities Act, 2024, c. 21, which amend the Highway Traffic Act, come into force:
