On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Herbert Porter of Gananoque, who was reappointed by O.C. 337/2025 as a member of the board of governors of Toronto Metropolitan University, has resigned his position;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 4 (1) (b) of the Toronto Metropolitan University Act, 1977, Order in Council 337/2025 be revoked, effective the later of June 30, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
