On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Maureen Harquail of Toronto, who was reappointed by O.C. 240/2024 as a member of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto, has resigned her position;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 2 (2) (c) of The University of Toronto Act, 1971, Order in Council 240/2024 be revoked.
