On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Josephine Racioppo of North York be appointed as a part-time lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
