On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 6 (d) and subsection 7 (2) of The University of Guelph Act, 1964,

Melanie Lynn Teed-Murch of Puslinch

be appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Guelph for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
