On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 58(2) and (5) and section 59 of the Electricity Act, 1998, Gadi Mayman, of Toronto, is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation (OEFC) and as Chief Executive Officer, and he is redesignated as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the OEFC, in each case to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of July 21, 2026.
