On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 12 (4) of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 11,

Carmine Domanico of Hamilton

be reappointed as a director of the board of directors of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year, effective the later of August 10, 2026 and the day this Order in Council is made.
