On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 12 (4) of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010, S.O. 2010, c. 11,

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1614/2024 dated December 12, 2024 appointing Joe Vaccaro as a director of the board of directors of the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority is revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
