On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, Jonathan Lebi be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective July 17, 2026, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of July 16, 2027 and the date he ceases to be a deputy minister.
