On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 1 and 4 of the AgriCorp Act, 1996, Robert Anderson of Strathroy be appointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of AgriCorp to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
