On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Mark Sraga of Caledon is hereby appointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of 2 years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made;

And pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Mark Sraga of Caledon is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of 2 years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
