Description
Failure to comply with an order of the Superintendent made under s. 46 of the Act:
The Superintendent believes that the Registrant failed to comply with an order of the Superintendent issued October 4, 2021.
The Superintendent ordered the Registrant to comply with sections 19, 20, and 45 of O. Reg. 415/06. Evidence provided by the Registrant's student files, and statements of campus director Kataryna Czupiel, provide that the Registrant has contravened sections 19, 20, and 45 of O. Reg. 415/06, thereby contravening the October 4, 2021 order of the Superintendent.

Private Career Colleges Act, 2005, s. 29—Fee refund policy, read with Ontario Regulation 415/06, s. 24 to 33
The Superintendent believes that the Registrant updated or adopted a fee refund policy that contained terms providing a lesser degree of protection than those provided by section 29 or the Act, read with sections 24 to 33 of O. Reg. 415/06.
11 of 12 student files removed from the Registrant's campus included fee refund policies that did not meet the standards provided by sections 25 to 33 of O. Reg. 415/06.

Description
Ontario Regulation 415/06, s. 45 (1) Student files: The Superintendent believes that the Registrant has not maintained the information required by subsection 45 (1) of O. Reg. 415/06 for each student enrolled in approved vocational programs.
Student files provided by the Registrant included files missing one or more of the elements required by subsection 45 (1) of O. Reg. 415/06. No file for a student enrolled into PGM-176690, Appliance Service Technician (Full-time), included evidence that the student met all admission requirements before the program commenced.
Penalty provided by Table 1 of O. Reg. 415/06: $750
Penalty doubled for the second occurrence within three years, pursuant to subsection 51 (2) of O. Reg. 415/06: the $750 penalty is doubled to $1,500.
