O. Reg. 415/06, S.44 (1) – Charging Fees

On February 3, 2017, a Designate of the Superintendent conducted a compliance inspection at the school’s campus. In reviewing student’s files, the Designate noted that a number of students were being charged an “application fee” of $300 and a “professional exam fee” of $1200. Neither or these fees were included in the itemized list of fees approved by the Superintendent, and therefore, the school was found contravening section 44 (1) of Ontario Regulation 415/06. A second Designate confirmed these findings on March 15, 2017.

Original amount: One-time fee of $750.00
