O. Reg. 415/06, S.44 (1) – Charging Fees
On February 3, 2017, a Designate of the Superintendent conducted a compliance inspection at the school’s campus. In reviewing student’s files, the Designate noted that a number of students were being charged an “application fee” of $300 and a “professional exam fee” of $1200. Neither or these fees were included in the itemized list of fees approved by the Superintendent, and therefore, the school was found contravening section 44 (1) of Ontario Regulation 415/06. A second Designate confirmed these findings on March 15, 2017.

On February 3, 2017, while reviewing student files, a Designate of the Superintendent found that a number of the files did not include evidence of the student meeting the vocational program’s admission requirements, which constitutes a contravention of S 45 (4) of Ontario Regulation 415/06.
