Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered Canadian Flyers International Inc. to stop contravening the following sections of the Private Career College Act, 2005:
- s. 7(1) Prohibition against operating a private career college
and - s. 8 (1) Prohibition against offering or providing vocational programs
and - s.11(2) Restrictions on advertising and soliciting
Required actions
Island Air Flight School was required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
- have ceased operating a private career college
and - have ceased all offering or providing of vocational programs
and - have ceased all advertising of vocational programs
