Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered JRS College of Business and Health Care Inc. to:

  • Stop providing vocational programs in a manner that has been substantially changed from the form approved by the Superintendent.

Required Actions

By August 8, 2017, JRS College of Business and Health Care Inc. is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  • Submitted all substantial changes to approved vocational programs to the Superintendent for further approval; and,
  • Stopped delivering vocational programs in a manner contrary to the form approved by the Superintendent.
