These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Compliance Order against a Business by the Superintendent of Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered 2585404 Ontario Inc. o/a Safe N Safe Trainers to stop:

  1. Offering or providing vocational programs, while the Business is not registered, and the programs not approved by the Superintendent contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
  2. Advertising the provision of vocational programs, including the Commercial Truck Driver program, while the Business is not registered, and the programs not approved by the Superintendent contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act.

Required actions

By November 16, 2021, 2585404 Ontario Inc. o/a Safe N Safe Trainers was required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  1. Have stopped offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
  2. Have stopped advertising unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
