Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered Miami Fades Incorporated, o/a Toronto Fade Master Academy to stop:

  • Offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act; and,
  • Advertising the provision of unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act.

Required actions

By November 13, 2019, Miami Fades Incorporated, o/a Toronto Fade Master Academy is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  1. Have stopped offering unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
  2. Have stopped providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
  3. Have stopped advertising the provision of unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act and,
  4. Will refrain from offering, advertising, or providing vocational programs until such time as the Business is registered and the programs are approved.
