Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered Miami Fades Incorporated, o/a Toronto Fade Master Academy to stop:
- Offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act; and,
- Advertising the provision of unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act.
Required actions
By November 13, 2019, Miami Fades Incorporated, o/a Toronto Fade Master Academy is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
- Have stopped offering unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
- Have stopped providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
- Have stopped advertising the provision of unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act and,
- Will refrain from offering, advertising, or providing vocational programs until such time as the Business is registered and the programs are approved.
