Please note only certificate requests taking place within six months from the date of submission will be accepted and processed.
Congratulatory certificates are available for a:
- milestone birthday,
- wedding anniversary,
- retirement or
- anniversary of your organization.
Please note that we require three weeks to process your request.
Special messages or greetings are available for:
- significant anniversaries celebrated by communities, groups or organizations,
- provincial, national and international conferences
- cultural or sporting events.
When you send a request form through this website, the information you provide is protected by a number of security features.
Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your personal
information. All personal information you choose to provide when contacting the
Premier is collected in compliance with the Executive Council Act and s.28(b)
of the Interpretation Act. The information you provide will only be used
