On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023, c. 9, which amends the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021, comes into force:
