On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024

 

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024, c. 25, which amend the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021, come into force:

Correction

This Order in Council, as previously published on e-Laws, contained the following publication error:

The Order in Council was shown as having been recommended by the Solicitor General. In fact, the Order in Council was recommended by the Minister of Transportation.

This error was corrected on June 10, 2026.
