On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024, c. 27, which amend the Christopher’s Law (Sex Offender Registry), 2000, come into force:

Schedule 3, s. 1, 2 (1), (2), (5), 3-10, 12-14.
