On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025 (No. 2)

 

March 13, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025 (No. 2), c. 15, which amends the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Act, 2006, comes into force:

Correction

This Order in Council, as previously published on e-Laws, contained the following publication error:

The Order in Council was shown as having been recommended by the Solicitor General. In fact, the Order in Council was recommended by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

This error was corrected on June 10, 2026.
