On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Protect Ontario by Cutting Red Tape Act, 2025
April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Protect Ontario by Cutting Red Tape Act, 2025, c. 24, which amend Christopher’s Law (Sex Offender Registry), 2000, come into force:
Schedule 3, s. 1 (1), (3), (4), 2.
