On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025, c. 10, which amend the Historical Parks Act, come into force:
