On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Building a More Competitive Economy Act, 2025

 

1.  July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Building a More Competitive Economy Act, 2025, c. 11,which amend the Clean Water Act, 2006, come into force:

 

Schedule 1, s. 2-5, 11 (1).

 

2.  January 1, 2027 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Building a More Competitive Economy Act, 2025, c. 11, which amend the Clean Water Act, 2006, come into force:

 

Schedule 1, s. 1, 6-10, 11 (2).
