On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Building a More Competitive Economy Act, 2025

July 16, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Building a More Competitive Economy Act, 2025, c. 11, which amend the Crown Forest Sustainability Act, 1994, come into force:
