On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

New Deal for Toronto Act, 2023

January 1, 2027 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the New Deal for Toronto Act, 2023, c. 25, which amend the Rebuilding Ontario Place Act, 2023, come into force:
