On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015

December 31, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015, c. 28, which amend the Condominium Act, 1998, come into force:

Schedule 1, s. 1 (11), 26 (2), 28, 39 (2), (3), 40, 44 (1), 46 (2)-(4), 144 (4).
