On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025

January 1, 2027 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Plan to Protect Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2025, c. 10, which amends the Highway Traffic Act, comes into force:
