Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act, 2002

ONTARIO REGULATION 53/03

reciprocating jurisdictions

Reciprocating jurisdictions

1. The following are declared to be reciprocating jurisdictions for the purposes of the Act:

1. All provinces and territories of Canada apart from Ontario.

2. The United States of America, including the 50 states, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands and any other jurisdiction of the United States participating in Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (U.S.A.).

3. The Commonwealth of Australia and the following States and Territories of Australia:

i. Capital Territory of Australia: South Australia.

ii. New South Wales: Tasmania.

iii. Northern Territory of Australia: Victoria.

iv. Queensland: Western Australia.

4. The following jurisdictions:

i. Barbados.

ii. Bermuda.

iii. Cayman Islands.

iv. Czech Republic.

v. Federal Republic of Germany.

vi. Fiji.

vii. Finland.

viii. Gibraltar.

ix. Guernsey, Alderney and Sark.

x. Hong Kong.

xi. Isle of Man.

xii. Kingdom of Norway.

xiii. Malta and its Dependencies.

xiv. New Zealand and the Cook Islands.

xv. Papua New Guinea.

xvi. Republic of Austria.

xvii. Republic of Ghana.

xviii. Republic of Poland.

xix. Republic of South Africa.

xx. Slovak Republic.

xxi. States of Jersey.

xxii. Switzerland.

xxiii. United Kingdom.

xxiv. Zimbabwe.
