Required insurance

1. Every licensed business entity shall carry general liability insurance in the amount of at least $2,000,000.  O. Reg. 462/07, s. 1.

Note: On January 1, 2027, section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding “for all claims under the insurance in respect of the same occurrence” at the end. (See: O. Reg. 270/26, s. 1)
