Cancer Care Ontario

1. Cancer Care Ontario is a prescribed person for the purposes of subsection 3 (3) of the Act. O. Reg. 353/13, s. 1.

Ontario Health

1. Ontario Health is a prescribed person for the purposes of subsection 3 (3) of the Act. O. Reg. 204/21, s. 1.

Local Health System Integration Act, 2006

2. Every local health integration network within the meaning of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 is a prescribed person for the purposes of subsection 3 (3) of the Act. O. Reg. 353/13, s. 2.
