COUNCIL COMPOSITION - REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL

Municipality may exercise power

1. The Regional Municipality of Peel may exercise its power under section 218 of the Act to change the composition of its council by,

(a) increasing the number of members from the City of Brampton from 7 to 11; and

(b) increasing the number of members from the City of Mississauga from 12 to 16.
