LONG-TERM ENERGY PLANS

Prescribed periods
1. For the purposes of subsection 25.29 (1) of the Act, the periods for the issuance of long-term energy plans are as follows:
1. The first long-term energy plan shall be issued within three months after the day this Regulation comes into force.
2. Each subsequent long-term energy plan shall be issued within three years of the approval by the Minister of all implementation plans submitted under section 25.31 of the Act in respect of the preceding long-term energy plan, or, within three years of the issuance of the preceding long-term energy plan if no implementation plans were required to be submitted in respect of it.
