Prescribed provisions

1. The following provisions are the prescribed provisions for the purposes of subsection 30 (1) of the Act:

1.  Subsection 2 (2) of the Act.

Note: On January 1, 2021, the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 58 to the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019 comes into force, paragraph 1 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked. (See: O. Reg. 605/20, s. 1)

2.  Paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection 5 (1) of the Act.

3.  Clauses 6 (1) (a) and (b), 6 (2) (a) and (b) and 6 (3) (a) and (b) of the Act.

4.  Subsections 7 (2) and (3) of the Act.
