Criteria for major capital expenditure
1. The aggregate amount of all expenditures in respect of a capital project constitutes a major capital expenditure for the purposes of paragraph 1 of subsection 12 (4) of the Act if the aggregate amount of the budgeted or actual expenditures of the LCBO for the capital project exceeds $10 million.
