PRESCRIBED ACTS — SUBSECTIONS 21.1.1 (1.1) AND 21.1.2 (1.1) OF THE ACT

Prescribed Acts

1. The following Acts are prescribed for the purposes of subsections 21.1.1 (1.1) and 21.1.2 (1.1) of the Act:

1. The Aggregate Resources Act.

2. The Condominium Act, 1998.

3. The Drainage Act.

4. The Endangered Species Act, 2007.

Note: On March 30, 2026, the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force, paragraph 4 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked. (See: O. Reg. 76/26, s. 1 (1))

5. The Environmental Assessment Act.

6. The Environmental Protection Act.

7. The Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act.

8. The Ontario Heritage Act.

9. The Ontario Water Resources Act.

10. The Planning Act.

Note: On March 30, 2026, the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force, section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph: (See: O. Reg. 76/26, s. 1 (2))
