Amending O. Reg. 596/22

(PRESCRIBED ACTS - SUBSECTIONS 21.1.1 (1.1) AND 21.1.2 (1.1) OF THE ACT)

1. (1) Paragraph 4 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 596/22 is revoked.

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

11. The Species Conservation Act, 2025.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 10 (Species Conservation Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
