DESCRIPTION OF ANNEXED AREA

Annexed area
1. For the purposes of subsection 2 (1) of the Act, the portion of the Municipality of Central Elgin that is annexed to the City of St. Thomas is prescribed as follows:
1. Lands described as Parts of Lots 9 to 12, Range 2 North of Edgeware Road; and Lot 11 and Part of Lot 12, Range 1 North of Edgeware Road, designated as Parts 1 to 15 inclusive on Reference Plan 11R-11030, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Elgin (no. 11).
2. Lands described as Part of the Road Allowance for Edgeware Road; Lot 11 and Part of Lots 9 and 12, Concession South of Edgeware Road, also known as Range 1 South of Edgeware Road; and Part of the Road Allowance between Concession 9 and Concession South of Edgeware Road, also known as Range 1 South of Edgeware Road, designated as Parts 1 to 7 inclusive on Reference Plan 11R-11019, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Elgin (no. 11).
3. Lands described as Part of Lots 11 to 15, Concession 9; and Part of the Road Allowance between Concession 9 and Concession South of Edgeware Road, also known as Range 1 South of Edgeware Road, designated as Parts 1 to 10 inclusive on Reference Plan 11R-11017, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Elgin (no. 11).
4. Lands described as Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 9; and Part of Lot 11, Concession 9, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 11R-11027, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Elgin (no. 11).
5. Lands described as the Road Allowance between Lots 12 and 13, Ranges 1 and 2, North of Edgeware Road; Part of Lot 12, Range 1 North of Edgeware Road; Part of Lot 13, Range 2 North of Edgeware Road; Part of the Road Allowance for Edgeware Road; Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 12 and 13, Concession South of Edgeware Road also known as Range 1 South of Edgeware Road; Part of Lot 12, Concession South of Edgeware Road also known as Range 1 South of Edgeware Road; Part of the Road Allowance between Concession 9 and Concession South of Edgeware Road, also known as Range 1 South of Edgeware Road: and Part of Lots 14 and 15, Concession 9, designated as Parts 1 to 4 inclusive on Reference Plan 11R-11020, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Elgin (no. 11).
6. Lands described as Part of Lot 10 and the South half of Lots 8 to 12, Concession 10; Part of Lots 8 to 12, Range 2 North of Edgeware Road; Part of the Road Allowance between the South half of Lot 8 and Lot 9, Concession 10; Part of the Road Allowance between Lot 8 and Lot 9, Range 2 North of Edgeware Road; and Part of the Road Allowance between Concession 10 and Range 2 North of Edgeware Road, designated as Parts 1 to 6 inclusive on Reference Plan 11R-11029, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Elgin (no. 11).
